Build your credit card points and miles accrual strategy during our initial meeting. This is where you ask any and all questions you have to get you started on the right foot. Once this strategy is complete, you can begin applying for credit cards and accruing your flexible points & miles.

During our second meeting, decide on your EPIC travel destination and calculate your credit card points/miles totals. Dr. Flamingo will initiate the award search and provide a complete award search availability breakdown. You choose which flights/hotels are the right ones for your travel needs.

Receive one-on-one assistance via phone or video call in real-time during points transfers and award booking until your travel is fully booked.
I don’t have any travel credit cards. How will I know where to begin?
The credit card consultation is the initial and most crucial part of the award booking service. Without the proper credit card strategy, It will be difficult to accrue the flexible points/miles you need to book travel using minimal cash out of pocket. We will go through your existing credit cards together and build a strategy that suits your personal travel needs. This consultation takes approximately 1 hour.

FAQ
What happens if you cannot find any available award seats/hotel rooms during your award search?
The initial consultation fee of $100 is non-refundable. You will not be responsible for the balance of the award booking search if I cannot find you any award flights within your time frame and budget. If I can find and send you the available flights, but you choose not to book, then the complete fee for service will be collected and is non-refundable.
How long does it take to run an award flight/hotel search?
A preliminary award search can take 30 minutes- 2 hours depending on how many different credit card families you have available. A comprehensive search may take 3-4 hours, but I do not stop there! I will continue to run searches periodically over the next week or until you have finalized your booking. Award travel availability can change from minute to minute. I love running searches because I learn so much while doing it. I may potentially find you a better deal after your booking is complete
What if I can’t/don’t want to travel until next year?
I will work with you until your EPIC travel is booked. Award seats/rooms become available as early as 330 days in advance. If you desire to fly business class, we have to get started STAT! I will guide you along the process of accruing points and if you can not use them for your nearest travel date, we can work on your next vacation allowing you more time to accrue the points/miles you need.
